Sochi 2014: One Hour Translation
It is almost expected that social media will always have its presence during global events, like the Olympics. Sochi 2014 took off earlier this week, and social media sites have been busy with posts regarding the Olympics.
One of our friends, One Hour Translation, has launched a free service to offer near-instantaneous translation services throughout the Olympics. You would Tweet whatever you want to @OHT with the language you would like the message translated to. Within 15-20 minutes, they will Tweet back at you with their response.
Transfluent tried the service earlier today, and even though it took a bit longer than 20 minutes, it works!
The service is open to everybody, but they are hoping that this service will help visitors or reporters that want their questions answered or whenever they need something translated quickly.
